The Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix returns to the Miami International Autodrome from May 2–4, 2025. If this one isn’t high on your list of things to do, it should be! This three-day event features top drivers competing on a 3.36-mile circuit that winds around Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens. The main race is scheduled for Sunday, May 4, at 4:00 p.m. ET.

Tickets are still available, with single-day passes for Sunday starting at $242 and three-day passes beginning at $377. Attendees can also enjoy various entertainment options, including concerts and luxury hospitality experiences.

Beachfront Grand Prix Festival – Fort Lauderdale

Running concurrently with the Miami Grand Prix, the Beachfront Grand Prix Festival takes place from May 2–4, 2025, at Las Olas Oceanside Park in Fort Lauderdale. This free, family-friendly event offers live music, racing simulators, a car showcase, and food and drink vendors.

Highlights include the Pit Stop Challenge, where attendees can test their tire-changing skills, and performances by tribute bands such as Blank 281. The festival operates from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Friday, with similar hours throughout the weekend.

St. Augustine Craft Brewers’ Festival

Beer enthusiasts can head to the 6th Annual St. Augustine Craft Brewers’ Festival on Saturday, May 3, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park. The event features over 25 local and regional breweries offering unlimited samples, along with food trucks, live music, and family-friendly activities.

General admission tickets are priced at $50 in advance and $60 at the gate, while VIP tickets are available for $120. Proceeds benefit local non-profit organizations.

Tampa Riverfest and TacoFest

Tampa’s Riverfest spans May 2–3, 2025, along the Riverwalk, featuring live music, a lantern parade, and various family-friendly activities. A highlight is TacoFest on Saturday, May 3, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, where attendees can sample a variety of tacos from local vendors.

While Riverfest is free to attend, access to the TacoFest food tent area requires a ticket purchase. Additional activities include a wiener dog derby, yoga sessions, and a balloon glow at sunset.

Orlando Derby Soirée

In Orlando, the Derby Day 4 Autism Extravaganza Party takes place on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at John Euliano Park. This Kentucky Derby watch party features unlimited food and drinks, live music by DJ Gonzo, a live auction, and a best-dressed competition.
