Video: Crew-7 Walkout, August 26, 2023

In the leadup to the launch of Crew-7 in the early hours of August 26, 2023, Florida Media Now correspondents Mark Stone, T.J. Waller and Charles Boyer captured video of the Crew-7 astronauts walking out of the Neil Armstrong Operations and Checkout Building at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.
NASA astronaut Jasmin Moghbeli, commander; ESA (European Space Agency) astronaut Andreas Mogensen, pilot; and mission specialists JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) astronaut Satoshi Furukawa and Roscosmos cosmonaut Konstantin Borisov met with their families, friends and co-workers before departing to the launch pad at Launch Complex 39A.

The video was edited and available for download for use by customer media outlets less than one hour after the completion Crew Walkout, and well before the liftoff of the rocket that would carry the astronauts to space. Broadcast and web-ready unassembled video clips were also available for editors to incorporate into their own stories.
